Day 1 Schedule

Meet & Greet
9 AM to 10 AM
Check-in and meet the organizers and your fellow retreat friends. Get a tour of the property and get an overview of planned activities. -
Creek & Gem Walk
10 AM to 11 AM
Mindfulness walk through a creek that contains fossils and gems that can be found. Focus on being present and practicing attending to your surroundings. -
Free Time
11 AM to 12 PM
Take time for yourself to reflect on the experience of being close to nature. Open time to meditate, play cornhole, axe-throwing, archery, reading, writing, journaling or do whatever is therapeutic for you. -
Lunch
12:30 PM to 2 PM
Nourish your body as you socialize with like-minded individuals who are together with you in the journey of self-discovery and healing. Enjoy education on nutrition, food, and mental health. -

Celebrated Psychologist in both North and South America and the Founder of Arizona Mental Health Care discusses biopsychosocial model of wellness, preventative mental health, behavioral activation, burnout prevention and recovery. -

Make friends and socialize, decrease isolation and enjoy meeting others like you. You may just make a lifelong friend during this experience. -
Golden Hour Dining
6 PM to 7:30 PM
Reflect on the beauty of impermanence and the joy of a day well-lived by watching the sunset and enjoy dinner with your new friends to the sound of live relaxing music. -
Star Gazing and Smores
7:30 PM to 10 PM
Reflect on the expansion of perspective and consciousness as we reconnect with the universe as you enjoy the sky's beautiful light show. -
Lounge Inside
10 PM- 11 PM
Enjoy reading from our library of mental health, play ping-pong and lounge with some music and connect with some of the people who think like you.

Reconnect with your inner child by riding a bike through one of Arizona's most beloved scenic routes on Mountainview Road.

Enjoy the awe of the beginning of a new day, reflect on the opportunity to connect to yourself and the inner and outer environments. Enjoy wildlife sighting with fruit, pastries, coffee, lattes, and juice bar. -
Hieroglyphic Trail
7 AM to 11 AM
Learn history and reflect on the way we were designed to live before everything was complicated in the modern times. Learn Native-American History while hiking the Hieroglyphic Trail to Petroglyphs. -
Free Time
11 AM to 12 PM
Take time to reflect on the experience and being in the moment surrounded by nature. Open time to meditate, play cornhole, axe-throwing, archery, reading, writing, journaling or do whatever is therapeutic for you. -
Scenic Bike Ride
12 PM to 2:30 PM
In this scenic Bike Ride to Arizona's Mining Town you will gain perspective and have fun with some of your new friends by doing an activity that would help you reconnect with your inner child. -
Open Conversation
2:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Share some insights gained from this experience. Process thoughts, feelings and emotions during this therapeutic conversation hour. -
Farewell
03:30 PM to 4 PM
Say goodbye (for now). Hope to see you again in Level 2 where you will become inspired to dive deeper into mental health wellness and more challenging hikes.

No, you may opt-out of some of the planned activities and enjoy alone time or schedule one-on-one individual sessions with Dr Daniella Pedroso during your retreat for as an add-on.

We are located only 30 minutes from Phoenix in the Superstition Mountains and you will receive the address after you sign up.

Yes, it is not included in the main package but it can be scheduled as an add-on to your retreat.

There are three levels to this retreat and more advanced levels are only available to those who have completed the lower level ones.

The Level one guided hike of the Hieroglyphic Trail to Petroglyphs is a moderate 3.0-mile out-and-back trail with a gentle uphill grade.

It is the continuation of the experience for those who participated in Level 1. In Level 2 you will become inspired to dive deeper into mental health wellness.
